| 1. |
Pour 1 liter of water into a glass pot. Using the 5-gram end of the special spoon, add a level spoonful (5 grams) of gTAHEEBO NFDh to the water. |
|
| 2. |
Place the pot on the burner. Once the water boils, set the burner to low heat and allow the tea to brew for 30 minutes, taking care to keep the pot from boiling over. |
|
| 3. |
Turn off the burner. The tea is ready for drinking once the gTAHEEBO NFDh milled powder has precipitated out to the bottom of the pot. |
|
| * | The special spoon included with the package has large and small ends. Leveled off, the large and small ends can be used to measure out 5grams and 1 gram, respectively. |
| * | There are no health issues associated with milled powder being mixed in with the TAHEEBO tea while drinking. Enjoy your tea with peace of mind. |
| * | To vary the concentration of the TAHEEBO tea, use the 1-gram end of the special spoon (1 level spoonful = 1 gram) to add milled powder to taste. |
| * | It is recommended to use a glass, earthenware, or enamel pot when boiling TAHEEBO tea. Avoid using iron or copper pots as the iron and copper atoms released from the pot will bond with the tannins in the TAHEEBO mixture that give the tea its astringent taste, resulting in the loss of their flavor. These metals will also give the tea a dark red color, making appear it less appetizing. |

| Once youfre finished with the first cup, add 1 liter of water to the milled powder that has accumulated in the bottom of the pot. Next, use the special spoon to add 3 grams of gTAHEEBO NFDh and brew as you did the first time to enjoy a second infusion. |
|
| PRECAUTIONS |

| 1. |
Pour 1 liter of water into a glass pot and add 1 teabag (5 grams). |
|
| 2. |
Place the pot on the burner. Once the water boils, set the burner to low heat and allow the tea to brew for 30 minutes. |
|
| * |
The teabag may be left in the pot after brewing has finished. |
| * |
For a stronger flavor, add teabags to taste. |
| * |
Excessive heat may cause the teabag to float, preventing its ingredients from being properly extracted. Try to keep the teabag submerged while brewing. | |
